Honorary Members are directly invited to join by the Board of the Association. A Regular Member can be any natural person or any organization, and the applicant must submit an application in writing or by email, and the Board of the Association decides whether to accept the applicant as a Regular Member. The decision will be informed in writing or by email. The Board reserves the right to reject an application for membership without giving any reason.

Association members are obliged to pay the annual membership fee at the beginning of each year. To join the Association, please download the Membership Application Form (Chinese version or English version), fill in the required information and send it to the Email of CEST.
