Recently, Bauhinia Vairegata Ink & Chemicals (Zhongshan) Limited won the"Corporate Environmental Leadership Award"at the BOC Hong Kong Corporate Environmental Leadership Awards 2017 hosted by the Federation of Hong Kong Industries, once more fully affirming our efforts and practices in environmental protection.

Bauhinia Vairegata Ink & Chemicals (Zhongshan) Limited began implementing the"Automatic ink dispensing and color matching system modification project"in 2014, and invested more than 20 million yuan in two years to build a more environmentally-friendly, automated, and efficient production workshop, which greatly reduced the emission of VOCs. At the same time, our R&D personnel have worked tirelessly to develop water-based inks with outstanding environmental performance, actively seeking changes under the general trend of"solvent base to water base,"and launching green products more in line with market and policy requirements.

As we know, the Federation of Hong Kong Industries initiated the"One Enterprise, One Year, One Environmental Project"plan in 2005 to encourage companies in Hong Kong and the Pan-Pearl River Delta region to implement environmental protection measures and strive to reduce pollution in these areas. Since 2015, they have jointly organized a project with Bank of China (Hong Kong) named"BOC-Hong Kong Corporate Environmental Leadership Award"to promote manufacturers and service companies to undertake social responsibility together. The awards attracted participation by more than 600 companies, the highest number ever.
