The Superluminescent Light Emitting Diode Broadband Light Sources developed as incoherent light sources for various optical measurements. The laser diodes emits incoherent light having wide spectral half width and high output power from polarization maintaining fiber, SM and MM fiber. The laser diodes contain thermoelectric cooler (TEC), thermistor and optical isolator to secure high quality laser performance.
